Charan began his professional journey in 2000 as a Financial Advisor, creating a career focused on wealth generation and strategic investments. In 2006, he acquired his Realtor® license, going on to establish his own Brokerage in Vancouver, successfully leading a team of nearly 30 Agents 🏠. 

In 2017, he expanded into property development in Detroit, acquiring several residential properties, then relocated to LA in 2022, completing the California Broker's Exam. 

Throughout his career, Charan has facilitated multi-million-dollar transactions, tailored customized wealth-building strategies, and built high-performing teams.
